2. LEGAL NATURE OF AGREEMENT

By completing a booking, the User enters into a legally binding contract and accepts these Terms as enforceable.

3. BOOKINGS – FINAL AND BINDING

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment and are final.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour date.

After this period: 100% cancellation fee.

No refunds for no-show, late arrival, or missed departure.

Operational costs justify non-refundability.

5. CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE

User is fully responsible for arrival, instructions, and timing.

No liability for errors, delays, or misunderstandings by the User.

6. EU WITHDRAWAL RIGHT EXCLUSION

Right of withdrawal does not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l)).

7. TRANSPORT DELAYS

No liability for delays or disruptions caused by trains, boats, traffic, or weather.

Itineraries may be modified without refund.

8. GUIDE AUTHORITY

Guides may modify tours or remove participants without refund.

9. TRAVEL RISK

Participation is at own risk. No liability for injury or loss.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability limited to amount paid.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

No liability for uncontrollable events.

12. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

User grants full rights for marketing use of images/videos.

13. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

Unjustified chargebacks constitute breach of contract.

14. INSURANCE DISCLAIMER

Users must obtain their own insurance.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content protected.

16. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR)

User rights include access, deletion, correction.

17. COOKIE POLICY

Cookies used for functionality and analytics.

18. TERMINATION

Access may be terminated for violations.

19. GOVERNING LAW

Italian and EU law apply.

20. SEVERABILITY

Invalid clauses do not affect others.
