Yes, you may book tickets for you and other people that will be joining you.

It is possible there will be delays due to traffic or other unforseen factors, but we do our best to respect the timing described on the itinerary.

No, hotel pickup is not included in the tour. We expect participants to gather at the designated meeting point for each tour respectively.

We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 minutes before the departure time. We will inform you on this matter in due time.

Yes, if you missed the tour for objective reasons, we may be able to reschedule you for another day, depending on each case.

For tours starting from Milan: For tours or trips based on request, the meeting point will be communicated sepparately for each group or participants.

The train included in your booking is the Bernina Red Train, not the panoramic Bernina Express. However, please note that the itinerary and the overall experience remain the same.

The train tickets are already arranged and purchased in bulk as part of the tour, so you do not need to make any additional reservation on your side. Your place on the train is therefore secured. Please note, however, that seats are assigned based on availability, and we are not able to guarantee specific or preferential seating.

An ID card is usually sufficient for travel to Switzerland. However, we recommend carrying a valid passport as well, if possible, to avoid any inconvenience.

No. The boats are pre-booked in advance and are available for the whole group that attends the trip.

The short answer is no, we do not give refunds on the account that the participant was late at the meeting point. Moreover, refund requests are eligible if they are submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

If you have other plans, you may cancel the trip at least 24 hours in advance and get a full refund.

Generally food and drinks are not included in the tour, unless mentioned otherwise on the tour page.
